What’s in that cage?

120 bird cages suspended on cables above the laneway. Angel Place commemorates the songs of birds that were once heard in the heart of Sydney, but have since been forced out by European settlers. Their songs can be heard, changing from morning to night. It is a beautiful exhibit, and a lovely surprise for anyone wandering through Sydney’s CBD.
